Ideal opportunity for a graduate (or equivalent) with a business related degree and 12 months plus event experience to join this high profile membership concern who deliver a series of events across the UK. To support the event managers on the larger events with the opportunity to lead on some of the smaller events.
You will be involved in all aspects of event organisation, including delegate and speaker management, budgeting, venue booking and supplier management.
Key responsibilities will include sourcing venues, sending speaker and delegate instructions and managing speaker relations. Working on site and working with venues to ensure correct set up etc. Additionally to take on some content responsibility, market research for topic generation, writing commercially viable programmes and source and secure industry speakers.
