Graduate Conference Producer - Public sector events 24k + Bonus


Excellent opportunity to join growing team producing events across a broad portfolio of public sector events.

The main purpose of the role is to independently generate, research and develop events (mostly one day conferences) for delegates across local and central government. Producers will develop marketing and sales plans in conjunction with the relevant executives and oversee all budgetary and organisational elements of the conference up to on-the-day delivery of the event. The role will also involve actively seeking new conference ideas, partnership opportunities and repeat business.

You will need to demonstrate thorough research skills with the ability to communicate effectively with industry experts.

Ideally suited to a producer with some experience seeking that next step in your career. The Client is very open to graduates with some experience in production or with good commercial experience in a b2b environment. Salary very dependant on level of experience but will be reviewed with opportunity to earn on sponsorship as your career develops
