the process

  1. Email us your CV putting the role you are interested in the subject, ideally find out who the relevant consultant is off the contact page.
  2. Make an appointment for a half hour interview to see if we can work together – we want to know your aspirations and find you a job that furthers them.
  3. We will advise you how to present your experience on your CV depending on the role you are applying for, we do not write your CV for you.
  4. We will help you identify the best opportunities to suit your talents and temperament, and arrange interviews.

  6. We are here for those things you may need help with, interview coaching (by arrangement) what to wear (if you aren't sure of dress codes) anything else you may need to ask.

what we won't do:

  1. We won't work with you if we don't think you have the right skills for our sector.
  2. We will never send you to an interview unprepared.
  3. We will never send you to an interview unless you have a strong chance of getting the job.
