Business retention and sales is key to our client. With over £30 million of business currently being generated, our client is looking for ambitious, target driven and bright graduates to enter their graduate sales programme.
From day 1 of the programme, your time will be dedicated to learning all the products, meeting existing clients, full sales training before you even pick up a telephone so that when you do speak to your clients, you will be able to provide them with full solutions to their needs, overcome any of their objections and then succeed in renewing existing and closing new business and you will be earning some great bonuses!
There are 4 key stages to the graduate programme over 2 years, and as you go on to each stage, you will automatically receive a salary increase and a higher commission structure!
Once you have passed the graduate programme, you will then have the opportunities to move into core sectors of the business including corporate sales management, working with major business partners or key public sector organisation's. This role is the perfect start for someone who wants to start their career to becoming an Account Manager.
This is not an ordinary sales environment where you will be sitting on the phones all day wondering how you are supposed to generate your commission. The environment is dedicated to ensuring that you are going to be a success.
