Head of Communications - Professional Body with Global Membership
£45-50k+ bonus + pkg
A specialist with strong experience in internal and external communications and considerable experience of working with the national media is required to join this global membership concern.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications you will be responsible for developing communications strategy for the company. To lead and manage communications for the company corporately and for the company products and services. You will be expected to make a significant contribution to raising visibility of the company via stakeholder management activity in industry, government and media.
A strong leader to provide effective leadership, management and development of the communications team.
Provide communications advice and support to the President, Chief Executive and other Senior Staff and Volunteers via speech writing and handling the media etc.
A proven track record of Communications/PR/Media Relations planning and strategy development is essential, creative with excellent influencing and leadership skills is core to be successful within this role.
