Our client is a vibrant eleven year old company based just outside Amsterdam and comprising some 30 people. They specialise in producing international B2B conferences for the Energy sector - specifically Smart Energy – smart grids, smart metering, smart homes, smart cars. The events are world class with over 3000 attendees for the large scale shows down to 300 for newer events.
Due to expansion they are seeking an experienced conference delegate sales executive to maximise revenues on the events.
New legislation, consumer demand and green issues are at the top of the agenda and there are new alternative energy issues high on the new topic creation. All events are heavily backed by the industry bodies and almost all leads are warm to hot and all provided to the sales people. The culture is one of fun, relaxed but professional and filled with training incentives, motivation and support. The candidates will report to the Sales Director and be part of a team of 8 people. All sales people will be asked to travel to events and meet customers when possible.
Relocation assistance provided; excellent basic plus commission (uncapped) and daily commuting expenses also paid.
